1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the Alliance Therapy Services Compliance Training Platform (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Platform. The Platform is provided exclusively for employees, contractors, and authorized personnel of Alliance Therapy Services.
2. Authorized Use
The Platform is intended solely for completing mandatory compliance training modules required by Alliance Therapy Services. You agree to:
- Use the Platform only for its intended purpose of compliance training.
- Provide accurate and truthful information during registration.
- Complete all assigned training modules honestly and without unauthorized assistance.
- Not share your login credentials with any other person.
- Not attempt to manipulate quiz scores, points, or completion records.
- Not use automated tools or scripts to interact with the Platform.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must:
- Use a strong, unique password meeting the Platform's requirements (minimum 8 characters with uppercase, lowercase, and numeric characters).
- Notify your supervisor or the compliance department immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
- Log out of the Platform when using shared or public devices.
- Keep your profile information current and accurate.
4. Training Requirements
Compliance training through this Platform is a mandatory requirement of your employment with Alliance Therapy Services. Failure to complete required training modules within designated timeframes may result in:
- Notification to your supervisor and the compliance department.
- Suspension of certain work privileges until training is completed.
- Disciplinary action in accordance with the Employee Handbook.
5. Quiz Integrity
All quizzes must be completed independently by the registered user. The following are prohibited:
- Having another person complete quizzes on your behalf.
- Sharing quiz questions or answers with other users.
- Using external resources not authorized by the training module during quizzes.
- Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities to alter scores or records.
Violations of quiz integrity may be treated as a compliance violation and may result in disciplinary action, retraining requirements, and/or reporting to relevant regulatory bodies.
6. Certificates
Certificates of completion are issued upon achieving a passing score (80% or higher) on a module's quiz. Certificates are:
- Generated with a unique serial number for verification purposes.
- Verifiable through the Platform's public certificate verification endpoint.
- The property of Alliance Therapy Services and are issued to document your compliance training completion.
- Not transferable and may not be altered or forged.
7. Social Features and Conduct
The Platform includes social features such as a people directory, activity feed, and kudos system. When using these features, you agree to:
- Communicate respectfully and professionally with colleagues.
- Not post content that is harassing, discriminatory, offensive, or inappropriate.
- Not use the kudos or messaging features for purposes unrelated to professional recognition.
- Respect the privacy and dignity of your colleagues.
Alliance Therapy Services reserves the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate these conduct standards.
8. Intellectual Property
All training content, quiz questions, course materials, platform design, and associated intellectual property are owned by Alliance Therapy Services or its licensors. You may not:
- Copy, reproduce, or distribute training materials outside the Platform.
- Screenshot or record quiz questions for distribution.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Platform.
- Use the Alliance Therapy Services name, logo, or branding without authorization.
9. Account Suspension and Termination
Alliance Therapy Services reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time for:
- Violation of these Terms of Use.
- Separation from employment.
- Security concerns or suspected unauthorized access.
- Administrative purposes.
Upon termination, your training records will be retained in accordance with our data retention policies.
10. Limitation of Liability
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Alliance Therapy Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform. Alliance Therapy Services makes no guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform.
11. Modifications
Alliance Therapy Services reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
